What i have observed is "Life is an Echo".
It gives back what is given to it by us. The problem is most of us don't realize this whole of our lives. It is just that we have to initiate the process first. You want happiness in your life....Try creating happiness in people around you.
I have heard many managers complaining that subordinates don't listen, they don't respect me..........Got no clue ,what to do with them........You want people to work for you..............Try working for them first.
You want people to love/respect you...Just love/respect them.
I have been experimenting this philosophy in my life and guess what...it has given me wonderful results. I have been helping people i know in very turbulent times of their careers and it takes a lot of effort and time when you do it for others cos you care. At that time you don't carry any emotion of "Getting something back" as had it be, it would have been a business not love/care.
Sooner or later , life has reciprocated the same for me and when i was running in turbulent times of my career, magically these people came out of nothing and picked me up from drowning sea of frustration and that's where i remembered what has been given back to me is actually something i have paid in advance.
Only thing to take care in GIVE & TAKE is that it has to be in same order.
...It can't be Take first.
"What you Sow, so shall you Reap "
"Do Good & Cast into the river.....
.......for them to become Ships to take you thru' storms."

"Do good and cast it into the River" Accordingly
If you do something for someone don't expect back from that specific person only.
You will get it back some or other way from someone other than the person you did for.
And if a person really want to do, he/she will never expect anything in back.
