Let,
share of material be 3x rupees
and share of labour costing be 2x rupees
Then,total cost of project=3x+2x=5x
In the labour component the electrician gets 5% .
Then,
money received by electrician=5/100×2x
=x/10
Given that,electrician gets 25000rupees.
Now we have,
x/10=25000
x=250000 rupees
Total cost on material=3x
=3×250000
=750000 rupees
Total cost of labour=2x
=2×250000
=500000 rupees

Hence total cost on project=3x+2x
=1250000
=12.5lakhs.

Let,

Given that,electrician gets 25000rupees.

Now we have,

x/10=25000

x=250000 rupees

Total cost on material=3x

Total cost of labour=2x

=2×250000

=500000 rupees

Hence total cost on project=3x+2x
