let the two digit no. be (10x+y)where x is tens digt and y is ones digit
10x+y=4(x+y)
10x+y=4x+4y
6x=3y
y=2x...................1st eq.
now here, y=2x and 10x+y=3xy
we have,
10x+2x=3x(2x)
12x=6x^2
by factorizing this eq. we get
x=0,2
taking value of x as 2 since, x can't be zero
put the value of x in 1st eq.
y=2x
y=2(2)
y=4
and the two digit no. will be
10x+y
10(2)+4
