Yes, laws should be applied to all becoz it there are no laws then there will be no decipline or no one will follow the rules rather rhey will break the rules... Like if the are no rules in our society then there would be corruption everywhere moreover everyone would break the rules... So I would like to conclude by telling that laws would be applied to all...
