yes all metals conduct electricity because they have unfilled space in the valence energy band. Also,metals are soft, has a low melting point and happens to be reactive that's why they can easily conduct heat/electricity easily.

Yeah Metals are the good conductors . Because metals have the outer atoms which are not tied or closely packed to each other. So they move freely and supply the Electricity to the other atom while moving freely. That is the reason why metals are the good conductors of Electricity and heat also.
