Presently there is very less hope that if world ends we'll survive.
If we know that end is near than we would have little chance to survive and that will be on mars but building artificial supportable environment will take time.
In an emergency there is barely a hope as we cannot fled to mars without any preparation but in coming years it will be possible to colonize mars and the mission has also been planned by spacex.
