3. The rusting of iron can be prevented by painting, oiling, greasing, galvanizing, Chrome plating anodizing for making alloys.
4. Chips manufacturers usually flush bags of chips with gas such as nitrogen to prevent the chips from getting oxidized .
5. The smell of the food and taste changes. And this process is known as rancidity .
6. Nitrogen and to prevent chips from oxidation .
7. Substances which prevent oxidation are known as antioxidants .
