THERE CANT BE ANY ECONOMY WHICH DOESN'T DEAL WITH ANY PROBLEMS OF SCARCITY OF RESOURCE WHETHER THE ECONOMY IS RICH OR VERY RICHER WITH THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL TH E RESOURCES THERE CAN BE A SHORTAGE OF SOME RESOURCES DUE TO THE UNAVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES IN THAT VERY ECONOMY.

Rich countries which are the major dominants of the world economy ,are enjoying the most enriched economic environments in the whole world.

But according to the basic policies of the economical science,there is no economy which never face any types of problem or hindrance.

Without these problems,the future development is almost impossible.

Success and problem are the opposite faces of a same coin,they exist in a corresponding relationship.

That's why every rich country also face economical problems.
