Do social division happen only in societies which have racial differences??

No . Not only racial difference make social division . you must have heard or knew about caste system . this also make social division . Not only these two , but money , power , etc. also make social division .

Caste system was good at starting .That time , caste was decided upon work on a person. A brahmin , if interested in war , can be a kshatriya. A shudra , if want to study and is very intelligent , can be a Brahmin . but not now . son of Brahmin will be Brahmin and vice versa .
