These elements are not isotopes but have another relation called isobarism and are called isobars.
Isotopes are those species which have same atomic numbers while different mass numbers.
As in the symbol, X has a mass of 3u and its atomic number is 1.
Whereas, Y has a mass of 3u and atomic number 2.
As they have different atomic number and same mass number, they are isobars not isotopes.
