Do the oxygenated and deoxygenated blood mix in fishes?

the heart of an amphibian has three chamber ,one centrical and two artia from ventricle blood travels to skin where it is oxygenated and in ventrical deoxygenated and oxygenated blood are mixed before it is pumped out of heart

If deoxygenated blood mixes with oxygenated blood, both lungs and tissues would receive blood with the same amounts of oxygen, which would affect the efficiency of the delivery of O2 to the tissues of the body.
