Plants are injured when we pluck flowers. The cells at the point of injury may die, but they are sealed quickly, within minutes by the cells below. The whole plant becomes aware, through auxin [ hormone] transportation all round the plant via the water flow from roots to leaves.

Yes plants get iunjure due to many activities such as human interference, natural calamities, animal grazing etc.
There are several methods to heal the wounds such as-suberin deposit in the cells as protective layer, latex covers the damaged surface or in some cases callus tissues are formed.
