We know that,

  •  \sf{1 \: m = 100 \: cm}
  •  \sf{1 \: minute = 60 \: seconds}

So,

 \sf{2 \: m = 200 \: cm}

 \sf{3 \: min = 180 \: sec}

Therefore, :

 \sf{20 \: cm \: : \: 200 \: cm}

 \boxed{ \sf \green{ \frac{1}{10}}}

 \huge \sf{2)}

 \sf{6 \: sec \: : \: 180 \: sec}

 \boxed{ \sf \green{ \frac{1}{30} }}
