If you want to do the right thing but there is no one to help you or support you but in that situation you shouldn't stop there and you must go on doing the right thing even when no one is looking that you are doing a right thing and you should be appreciated. If that doesn't happens then you must not feel bad and you should continue your work because no happiness is bigger than inner happiness.
