CGS unit of Kg is g
CGS unit of m is cm
and CGS unit of s is second
then 1 m=100cm
1kg =1000g
Hence Unit given is
 \frac{ {m}^{3} }{kg \times {s}^{2} } \\ \frac{( {100)}^{3}{cm}^3}{(1000g) \times {s}^{2} } \\ \frac{ {10}^{6} {cm}^3}{ {10}^{3}g \times {s}^{2} } \\ {10}^{3} \frac{{cm}^3}{gm \times {s}^{2} }
