Most unforgettable day
The most unforgettable day I had was with my best friend going on a fun little adventure. It was a chilly day in October and my best friend, Samantha, and I had decided to go the Bj’s Farm about 2 miles down the street from my house for a relaxing day with Samantha. Samantha’s mom gladly drove us down to Bj’s Farm to start our fun day ahead! We hopped out onto gravel as we exited the car and continued to the main office that when you went inside smelled like a flurry a spice’s, but mostly the sweet aroma of cinnamon wafted through the air giving the room and enchanting smell. We paid admission and as we turned to leave the office we spotted brown sugar donuts that looked undeniably delicious and we knew we couldn’t leave without some so Samantha’s mom purchased six donuts for herself, her husband, Samantha, me, and her two brothers. Eventually, we left the office and continued outside the where the wooden wagon that would be giving us a hayride sat ready to go. All of us hopped on and sat on the piles of coarse hay. About four minutes passed until we finally reached the pumpkin patch. We all jumped off and gazed at the marvelous field overflowing with different varieties of pumpkins. Samantha and I ran in the same direction and started searching for the perfect pumpkin that would fit the carving style we were planning to do later that day. We dug around in patch for a while until we found our perfect pumpkins, mine was a medium size and almost perfectly rounded while Samantha's was about the same width but much longer than mine. Her family meets us on the other side on the patch with all of our pumpkins in hand and we loaded ourselves back onto the wagon to move on to the corn maze. Another five minutes flew by and we arrived at the corn maze which must have been about half an acre. The boys went in first and Samantha and I quickly followed, going in a different direction determined to beat them to the end. We ran for through it for a while and stopped and looked around to see how far we were in. We couldn’t really tell because as we know it all looked the same no matter where you were. Still not giving up we ran for five minutes longer and all the while dry corn was slapping us in the face ..
