3 +  \frac{x}{4}  =  \frac{1}{2} (4 -  \frac{x}{3} ) -  \frac{5}{6}  +  \frac{1}{3} (11 -  \frac{x}{2} )

 \frac{12 + x}{4}  =  \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{12 - x}{3}) -  \frac{5}{6}  +  \frac{1}{3} ( \frac{22 - x}{2} )

 \frac{12 + x}{4}  =  ( \frac{12 - x}{6}) -  \frac{5}{6}  +  ( \frac{22 - x}{6} )

 \frac{12 + x}{4}  =  ( \frac{12 - x + 22 - x}{6}) -  \frac{5}{6}

 \frac{12 + x}{4}  =  ( \frac{34 - 2x }{6}) -  \frac{5}{6}

 \frac{12 + x}{4}   -   ( \frac{34 - 2x }{6}) =  -  \frac{5}{6}

 \frac{36 + 3x - 68 + 4x}{12}    = -  \frac{5}{6}

 \frac{ 7x - 32 }{2}    = - 5

 7x - 32= - 10

7x = 22

x =  \frac{22}{7}

x = \pi
