If they use in positive it never be harm and it they use as negative then it always harmful for child.

well if you are asking for use of mobile in teens hand than it depends on teens method of how they use the phone in negative way or positive if they are seeing something which is not good for their mind but they really need it for their studies than they should first consult their parents about it and if it positive then what's the problem but their also consultance of parents is needed.
