you automatically get the notification of getting a new rank , this happens when you answer questions and get them marked as brainliest .
but , sometimes if you have blocked the notification, then it won't be notified to you.

yes u will notification automatically but if u have blocked then the notification will came to u but according to ur question leaderboard rank notification willcame to u
