No we don't have the right to destroy/ harm property and people for our selfish ends because what we do comes back to us one day so if we destroy/ harm property and people it will come back to us some day maybe not in the same manner as we did it to others but in the other way

The right given under (IPC) sections 96 to 98 and 100 to 106 is controlled by Section 99
