No, Democracy should not be blamed as it is a form of government. It provide citizens with many rights, independence and many opportunities for citizens to do something great. It can frame rules but these rules are to be followed by the citizens itself. Socio-Economic and political problems arises because of lack of communication between ministers of high post with low people, the rules not followed properly both by citizens and officials, corruption etc.
