Yes, I agree that regionalism can be justified.  

Explanation:

           It is not new, with different cases across the nations that show the importance of regional teamwork that gave us success and growth. An easy and major example is the Regional collaborative initiative of Alabama in 2018 by the county launch 2035 region partnership.  

         These councils are concerted and developed to be informative and to encourage the regional relationship. Regionalism is significant because that has been proven to make council more effective and efficient.
