Yes, I totally agree with the justification of war as stated by Kaspar in the poem "After Blenheim".

Kaspar, in an indirect sense defines the benefits of war as only a mere victory covering the sufferings of many people and huge number of deaths. The rich or upper class people donot suffer from war, while the innocent poeple (mostly poor people) who have no intentions of war suffer the most. War is nothing but only an unjust way of laying pain and hardships to the ones with less power. This is why, I agree with the justification of war given by Kaspar.
