In the poem, “The Nightingale” the speaker describes about Wordsworthian themes of childhood with its relationship to nature. We can see that both poems use a language of immediacy and stick to a central metaphor.

The author's main idea in the poem was that nature should not be described as an embodiment of human feelings.This doesn't mean the song of Nightingale is a melancholy.
