Physical Change
Yes, a physical change is reversible as a physical change is a change that only affects the object's PHYSICAL appearance, otherwise known as its form (whatever "the object" is...) Let's use paint as an example... Color is a physical aspect of an object; painting, say, wood purple changes it's physical appearance. The wood is now purple instead of brown. However, you can repaint the wood to be brown again, therefore reversing the given change (except it won't kook as good as the natural color...)
Chemical Change
A chemical change, on the other hand, is the opposite of a physical change (so when thinking about the two, just remember that they're opposite.) A chemical change will change the composition of said object completely. Let's go back to your wood; if you paint the wood, you can easily fix the physical aspect, or FORM, of the wood. However, if you burn the wood, you completely change the composition and create a new substance called ASH. The change is irreversible (since ash cannot become wood again.)
The Connection?
When thinking about the two types of changes, remember that they're polar opposites. Physical changes affect the FORM of the matter, and chemical changes affect the COMPOSITION of the matter. I hope this helps at all, and if it did drop a brainly/thanks/rating. :P
