here is ur answer..

let the base = x

then , height = x / 3

area of parallelogram = base × height

b × h = 108

x. × x / 3 = 108

x² / 3 = 108

x² = 108 × 3

x² = 324

x = √324

x = 18

base = 18cm

heigth = x / 3
18 / 3
6cm

base = 18cm ✔
height = 6cm✔

now area of parallelogram = b × h

108=1/3x*x

108= 1/3x^2

108*3=x^2

324= x^2

x=√324=18

now height = 1/3x = 1/3*18=6

and height is x or 81
