Yes , I agree with the view that tourism in India is a less developed owning to the lack of essential infrastructure. It is because India does not have it's own stable tourism industry . Though India is Rich in cultural heritage , lack of well - educated guides or maybe lack of transport gas made those areas disliked . Moreover , hotel with proper necessities , well roads , good communication are lacking in most part of India because of harsh terrain or temperature conditions .... Hope it helps !
