Yes,(1)because it is not controlled by the government,so no rules and regulations are followed

(2)low paid and often not regular

(3)when there is less work such as during some season, some peoples may asked to leave , similarly farmers work on their own and hire laborers when they require.

1. Farmers are not educated properly regarding the skills required for farming

2. Proper machines are not used for farming which increases labour

3. Farmers are not given high salary to cope up with their family expenses
