When an employee work excellently,he or she should be rewarded as a way of motivation.This being being done severally,then the industry will realize more benefits from the hardworking employees.The spirit of acknowledging the good work should be adopted for better and healthier industry.

The gap between the employer and the employees should be as realistic as possible.This means that ,employees should seek to meet their employer to discuss on emerging issues of their working environment.
