In India, almost all public & private sector banks have networked their branches by computers to make it faster and easier for the common man. All files, documents & records are maintained in computer systems.

To retrieve them, you must at least know the basic operations of computing like file search, open and save.

Other basic computer skills such as Microsoft office like word, excel, power point, email, DOS are required to pursue a career in RBI.
