Those matter are said to be condensed whoes molecular phase are very strong.There are two types of condensed matter i.e solid and liquid this is because of their strong molecular phase.which gas doesn't have.when the matter is in condensed state it is highly resistant to compression and the volume change per unit pressure change, is low compared to gases. In gases, the intermolecular forces have no important role, and the distribution of gas molecules in a given volume is largely random. So in a plasma, the enthalpy of the system is high to ionise individual atoms; the material contains of atom cores and free electrons.

Solids and liqiuds known as condenses matter.
