WE CAN SEE THE SMALL STAIND IN CELLS LIKE BLUE OR BLACK BUT some were not .

However, obviously they were moving, some active swimming and some were tilting only at around its place.
so These tiny guys can only be seen under 20X and more clearer under 40X.
we know the Cipro made reduce but not eradicated them.

Usually it is impossible to see mycoplasma by eye, thats why you do additional testing to detect them. So it is not mycoplasma.
This is primary epithelial cell culture and i notice these tiny black dots attached to cell body. Visible at 40x magnification and seems like they are vibrating.
It doesnt look like bacterial contamination because I have experienced before and bacteria replicates really quickly overnight and media becomes cloudy. In this case the media stays clear even at day 7 of culture.
