Yes. Pollution is hazardous to health. Smoke released from factories damage the lungs when inhaled. Sometimes it is so thick that it blocks the sun rays, which in turn, reduces calcium. It poisons the crops which we eat and causes health problems. It destroys the health of animals as well. Garbage released from factories in the water bodies, destroy aquatic life.
