It might be bizarre  many people.  They reason why I think creative minds are eccentric because whatever they think might meet come in your mind. It is always beautiful, creative. It might involve technology or a work of weeks. Whatever it is, they are eccentric.  It not completely eccentric as many people have same ideas as other artists.
