Yes, I think think casual or temporary workers in a company should be given facilities and benefits. It can't be same as per the permanent employee but facilities and security should be enhanced.
In India, there are huge number of people who work on temporary basis. These numbers are more than the permanent employee so we can't ignore the mass.
Govt should have plan and the company should too have some labour laws for these temporary employee. They should fixed their minimum salary and also give them facilities as they work too hard.
