No, I don't think that the children below 18 years of age should be allowed to vote in India.
This is because:
- In general, 16 year olds have no interest in politics.
- Neither are they educated well enough in politics to make an informed vote.
I am in favour of the voting age being at 18 because this is a very symbolic cut off point
