No most people of our country do not pay tax they do side business whose information government does not have they become too much greedy for money that they cannot give a single rupee note to be given in such purposes even those people are not happy to help their relatives in need of money

No they never pay taxes regularly. If see politicians, they never pay taxes but they have many houses,plots,lands too. Our govt. imposes tax on them but they will not pay
