I don’t think disability is an impediment to achieve success.
There are many examples of people who have gone on to achieve many successes in spite of their disabilities.
One of the classic examples is the drummer of a famous band Def Lepard.
Even though the drummer has only one arm, he never quit playing drums and has been part of the band’s most successful era, too.
