Not really in fact disability makes our will power stronger than a normal person. A normal person is way more weaker than disabled person.

no because some famous people like Evelyn a multi percussionist lost the ability to hear at her age of eleven.Beside this she is a very famous music player. A percussionist named Ron forces told him to hear the music through some other way and not from ear.
