Do you think everybody has some potential in them?Some people take the initiative while others do not dare to showcase their talents.What do you think are the reasons for this?What are your reviews?

Here is your answer.
I think all have potential in them but some people know but some do not know it.

The reasons behind are many more but i want to discuss only three reasons.
Three reasons are follow

(1). Low self Awareness
This is particularly the case in those with little talent. The people which have more talent are aware of it with their limitations. As a result, the more you develop skills and abilities in a certain area, the better you can judge them.

(2). Weak motivation

The simplest equation for talent may also be most misleading
Performance- Effort=Talent.

(3). Focusing on the wrong qualities

Most people don't seriously want what they say they want. In other words, atleast to some degree, talent is just personality in the right place at the right time.Also, it can be dangerous to focus on your strength.
