Giving a good public speech requires many things in a person.

The primary requirements are good social skill, good vocal skills and well behaviour. These requirements are mandatory.

Well dressing, good appearance are secondary requirements which are not at all mandatory. These requirements are necessary just only for personal satisfaction of being well groomed, which don't affects the quality of the speech and the public response about it.

"In "my point of view", a decent dress, appearance, position in the public eye, and so on are expected to introduce yourself before the public. Because, if a poorly dressed individual comes and says something, we will not hear him out. If you want people to listen to you, your dressing style must be great first. At that point, your position in society is likewise essential.

If you are educated, it means you will get respect from the people. If you concentrate on your dressing sense and position in society, your appearance does not matter."
