A(i) Yes, the Green Revolution has made India self-sufficient in foodgrains. (ii) India adopted a new strategy in agriculture in which HYV, insecticides and pesticides were used which resulted in Green Revolution or great production of wheat and rice. (iii) The highest rate of growth was achieved in Punjab

➡️Yes I think green revolution has made India self sufficient in food grains bcoz:

1.The highest rate of growth was achieved in Punjab and Haryana where food grain production jumps from 7.23 million tonnes to 265 million tonnes in 2013-14 respectively.

2. UP and Punjab recorded significant production of wheat which is 25.22 and 16.78 million tonnes in 2014-15 respectively .

3. West Bengal Has also has recorded significant production in rice.
