-Answer: no because many tribals and lower-sect people less opportunity to vote and stand for election. women have no reservation . there is a lot of fraud happening ..,, but mostly india has a really good democracy on the whole since it has a constitution and ensures seperation of power and is based on universal adult franchise

India is a perfect democratic country because it has a written Constitution. It conducts election.
Constitution is the supreme in India. Opposition parties play a great role in India. People are free practice any religion of their choice. All adults have right to vote.
All these statements tells that India is a perfect
