Do you think it is important that parents discuss gender roles with their young children, or is gender a topic left for later? How do parents consider gender norms when buying their children books, movies and toys? How do you believe they should consider it?

I don't think it's important to discuss gender roles with children at the young age it's something that it should be discussed when child is mature enough and may have questions about the subject I also disagree with storms parent experiment on raising their child general as it is more of a social experiment for the apparent than a benefit for the child at that age a child is in worried about people knowing what gender they are they are worried about pooping eating and playing play time I believe gender rose play a big part when parents purchased think for their children most parents by doll and kitchen sets for their daughters and trucks and action figures for the sun in my opinion a child should be able to play with whatever they are intended in for example when I was a kid my mother let me pick my own bike and I choose a black and green ninja turtle by with no hesitation my motherboard the bike to me with no questions whether it is acceptable for a girl I think the absence of gender socialization would be benefited in a social group I think it would help an create an open mind for the child children children would create friendship based on shared interest I feel that both play a big part in shaping who we are we inherited genetic trait from our parents like relay creativity excelling at certain spots on the way we express ourselves but things that we are exposed two also helped create who we are for instance a child that was introduced to music and instrument can gain an interest in playing the guitar and start a band even the ne the parents had ever shown a love for music
