Judiciary body must have legal separate existence than government.

Explanation:

Judiciary must have right to act independently in order to undertake fair and right decision of India. If judiciary is dependent on by the executive, judiciary can’t take the right decision. Judges must have strong courage to take crucial decisions.

With in force of executive control judiciary has to wait for the approval before taking decisions and it would be time consuming process. Any fences imposed by governing body may lead to dangerous outcome for the country as a whole.
