Do you think panchayats are effective in villages? which other alternative system of governance can work in villages?

no i don't think are effective

i think some students or educated people in villages should bring awareness in the local people about political system as ours is a democratic system self ruling is best i.e, explaining their problems to government and if government approved their request, the local people only should solve their system by governments fund using in a proper way
