In my opinion, the genius people are often don't recognize the people when they are seen because genius people goals are selective and they are only focussed on their goals to achieve them.

They sacrifice their time, friendships, playing and many things to achieve their goal.

They are concentrated only on one goal till they make it then goes towards the second that is the reason for their ignorance, and they are not being recognized.
