No, never i dont think the people who do social work in NGO's are not successful because the social service they provide helps people in soo positive way.and i think that everyone live for themselves and are only behind of money but when you do anything for society,this in itself a successful person.success is not that of just thinking about money ,your life and getting less salaries but it is to think of others and try to help them for making their life as heaven or the better place to live in.social workers are in itself successful persons.this is what i think.
