Do you think pocket money is a right or not? A paragraph please

Pocket money is good but in some case it is bad.

It all depends on the character of the person who is alloted with pocket money. Pocket money in some sense arouses the person with encouragement as it is the circumstances in which the pocket money is given. Earlier parents used to give pocket money for encouraging their kids so that they can understand the value of money and also understand how to save money.

But nowadays pocket money are been missued.

Children are using their pocket money for unwanted things. For example, to buy drugs, buy alcohol etc. So We can conclude that pocket money is good but also bad. It depends.
