yes ,preachings of great people affect us in a positive way. It affects our mind in such a way that we have a ambition of follow them .Sometimes , we have the same condition like them and there preachings helps us to shortout the problem . Chandragupta Maurya was also influenced by a great person . History is the proof that many kings and princes leave their palaces ,parents ,wives,children because they were influenced by great people.
